How to make a booking
Your reservation can be confirmed by requesting a
‘Course Reservation’ form to be sent to you by either
post, fax or e-mail. Confirmation should be sent by post
and accompanied by the course fee plus VAT which will
be acknowledge by a VAT invoice. A booking is only
considered provisional until the full course fee has been
received.
Note - if course fee is not paid prior to the
course, delegates will not be allowed to attend.
Course Joining Instructions
Course joining instructions including a ‘How to find us’ map will be forwarded to you prior to the commencement of the course.
Special Needs
If you have any special needs please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your requirements.
Dress Code
All course delegates are expected to be of a smart/casual appearance. Dirty company work wear and boots are not permitted.
Smoking
Segta Management Services has a non-smoking policy in the building. However, details of smoking areas will be advised on the day.
Payment
Payment is due prior to the commencement of the course and non-receipt may result in exclusion. All course fees quoted are excluding VAT.
Cancellations and Transfers
We appreciate that occasionally difficulties will arise and result in original nominee being unable to attend a course. In which case, a substitution may be made.
Late notification of cancellation or date transfer causes considerable difficulties and therefore the following conditions apply:

| 5-10 working days | 50% fee | 25% |
| Less than 5 working days | Full fee | 50% |
No refunds of fees or date transfers are allowed in the case of nominees who fail to attend.
Parking
Ample free parking exists for use by course delegates in our private car parks. Please note delegates park at their own risk.
