Segta Management Services is an association of employers (established in 1965) comprising of member companies from a diverse range of sectors within commerce and industry. We offer small to medium sized business specialist help and assistance in training, employment law and health & safety. Members think of us as an extension to their company providing help and advice whenever they need it most on such things as:

- Redundancies
- Dismissals
- Contracts of employment

So for a fraction of the cost of employing your very own full time specialist you have access to all the help and advice you need. Effectively we become your training, personnel and health & safety department.
Our support services to members are practical, cost effective and confidential and can be used to support any existing system.
Membership is primarily designed for smaller to medium sized companies who do not employ their own specialist staff, but need occasional access to professional advice, information or practical assistance. For an annual fee we provide the services of qualified experienced advisers, who become an extension of your own team 'as and when' required.
